This morning Min popped by and checked in on us like she normally does, but with our days together counting down quickly she made a suggestion that we do lunch today. In a few days they would be heading on 3 week holiday in Venice, a cruise around the Mediterranean and Barcelona...then only a week and a half after they get back the get packed up and moved back to Singapore. I made one of Min's favorites...Angel Chicken Pasta.
Addison and Yi Xuen had a lot of fun putting together a puppet show. They practiced in the living room and then came back into the dinner room to show Min and I.I love just getting to sit with Min and visit about everything...our kids, our hubby's, holidays, cooking and more...mostly we sit around and compliment each other and help each other feel better about being moms, wives and women. Oh, how I am going to miss that!
Of course, not lunch is complete without dessert and brownies with ice cream is a great way to get the kids to sit still for a while to get a picture of the three of them.
