Here is what I bought:
- box of Kix cereal
- 2 jars Miracle Whip
- 5 boxes Kraft Mac & Cheese
- 3 sleeves of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
- 2 containers of Crystal Light Lemonade
- 20 Tootsie Pops
- Large bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 boxes of pistacio pudding (I love watergate salad)
- Box of hot apple cider mix packets
- Box of Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies
- Two boxes of Keebler Grasshopper Cookies (my neighbor Sarah has always wanted to try the Thin Mint Girlscout Cookies and this was the closest I could get)
- 2 packets of wing mix
- 2 packets of taco mix
- 2 packets of fajita mix
- 3 packets of French Onion soup mix
- 1 bottle of Log Cabin syrup
- 2 small cans of Busch's baked beans
- 1 container of Famous Dave's Pork Rub marinade
- 1 bottle of real vanilla extract (I can get this in the UK but it's cheaper in the US)
Not pictured here that I also brought back was:
- 1 bottle Cookies BBQ sauce (an Iowa favorite)
- 1 bottle Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty BBQ sauce
- 1 bottle Frank's Hot Wing Sauce
- 2 bottles Buffalo Wild Wing's Spicy Garlic Sauce
- 1 bottle Buffalo Wild Wing's Asian Zing Sauce
- 1 package of Hershey's chocolate bars
- 1 container of Greek marinade seasoning (my dad's favorite for prime rib)
- 1 bottle of Kraft Blue Cheese Dressing (for wing dipping)
- 2 containers of Hidden Valley Ranch dressing powder (the bulk ones that make like 16 cups of salad dressing)
Yes, my bags get searched by the TSA, but I've never been stopped in customs. None of it is illegal to bring in the UK but I'm sure if I got stopped they would ask lots of questions. I would just have to answer that I'm a "Crazy Yankee" that loves UK foods but I have to have a few goodies every now and then.
