Today Santa Claus and his wife, Mrs. Claus, visited Marengo, Iowa in spite of their super busy schedule this time of year. Addison was all excited to see Santa and even when we walked in the door of the Legion Hall she was pretty pumped up. When she got to the front of the line she froze up, so I had to jump in the picture to make sure she got to tell Santa what she wanted for Christmas. Harrison was really excited to talk to Santa, so much so that we had to detangle his little fingers out of Santa's beard before we left. 
Addison's favorite part of the day was getting a candy cane from Mrs. Claus. She has such a sweet tooth and a now a really sticky face....and fingers...and coat!
It was pretty cold outside and we got some really good use out of the camo bunting that Grandpa Jeff got for Addison almost two years ago. He's so cute all bundled up!!!
